We'll stop the world again tonight, just leave it all behind we dont need it anymore, throw the keys out from the door Grab your friends and smoke a dime, We are running out of time Dont stop for parents or police, We are dying piece by... Theres no point in looking back, Everything is on the move Theres no point in holding on, what you see is up to you Nothing lasts, nothings permanent dont let it go to waste Just move on, Just move on and dont hesitate. Lets add some color to the sky, every shade and light Everyone will take a part, and we'll call it modern art Watch as the masterpiece caves in, all the colors act like sin As they stain our man made clothes, seeping through into our souls Theres no point in looking back, Everything is on the move Theres no point in holding on, what you see is up to you Nothing lasts, nothings permanent dont let it go to waste Just move on, Just move on and dont hesitate.

Drunk Logic 01:06
Drinking 'til your dropping down as your body hits the ground on the bottom you just think “I just heard the doorbell ring” Clutching to the toilet bowl Throwing up some bits of gold Then you say “your doorbell rang” “No it didnt” “ESTRELLA!” I used my spit as my saliva Handsanitizer

Tonight is the last night we’ll be together I'm reading you this line from the bottom of my letter I'm tired of living in this world so hated I'm tired of giving When my life is fading I wish it wasn't like this I wish there was another way Cant someone say its alright It'll be ok And now the end comes tonight and Ill be gone before light to a place that cant be seen where I can just be free Tonight is the last night Because I'm tired of trying I'm losing this fight and I know we’re dying I'm tired of living in this world where I'm less I'm ready to give in And welcome the darkness I wish it wasn't like this I wish there was another way Cant someone say its alright It'll be ok And now the end comes tonight and Ill be gone before light to a place that cant be seen where I can just be free I'm self destructive and heavily neurotic I don’t belong here I don’t belong here I'm losing my mind I know its not right Take me away Take me away

This is where we belong Who we are is in the message of our song On this stage with all the light in front of you this is all we wanna do This is where we belong Singing of the world and things that can go wrong And how a life can go on even in the dark Or how our words can take us far Just listen, this music is for you the message is your guide, the words are all lights That sadness, its all a lie Look deep inside, you'll be alright Just listen, The sound is in your heart Don’t let it fall apart A sound can heal If you can feel The rhythm as a heartbeat that is keeping us alive So let it go, watch it flow Let it wash away the fear, let it take you over This is where we belong When we’re doing our best we can do no wrong And so the time is now, the place is here and in the end the music’s clear These are the words and this is our story Look at me now Look at me now Living the best inside a memory Look at me now Look at me now A sound can heal If you can feel The rhythm as a heartbeat that is keeping us alive So let it go, watch it flow Let it wash away the fear, let it take you over This is where I fight my fears and insecurities Where my true emotions can Finally be set free And on those days I'm not feeling too great I feel so much better knowing you relate This is where we belong Life can change with the sound of a song And anything that can go wrong Know its nothing, its nothing And any word that you sing Can change anything, everything Let it go, watch it flow Let it take you over

Like battered wings fall from a fly A darkness rises in your eyes You fall into a pit of dread And now to everyone you're dead And you're so fucked you're giving up On all the people that you loved Drenched in a dress that's colored black I don’t believe you're coming back Six feet from nowhere and the shadows take your life There's so much evil in this world where nothing’s right Down at the bottom where the animals lay fed Somebody’s laughing because your innocence is dead You turn your back on everything Where is my friend? Your sad excuse for life is through and there was nothing we could do Six feet from nowhere and the shadows take your life There's so much evil in this world where nothing’s right Down at the bottom where the animals lay fed Somebody’s laughing because your innocence is dead

It's desperate times with no measure Escaping this prison with never ending walls and no one to listen You pull me down without knowing It's both of us who fall I'm ready so let me go I realize I don’t belong All you've done is control me So many years of conformity All my life without a choice All my life with no voice But now I see another side of who I am I cannot hide I'm getting out I'm running free Three cheers For mediocrity I hate the things you say I'll never be anything you want me to be so get the hell out You can't decide who I am anymore so go away now Words trickle downward all our memories erased I'm walking out right now I won't ever see your face These times will come to pass and we’ll all end up happy This is how I want to leave, this is just how it should be All you've done is control me So many years of conformity All my life without a choice All my life with no voice But now I see another side of who I am I cannot hide I'm getting out Im running free Three cheers For mediocrity I hate the things you say I'll never be anything you want me to be so get the hell out You cant decide who I am anymore so go away now

My Mom is sleeping with the kid next door My sister fucked her best friend And everyone is getting action but im stuck with my hand And Im in love with the girl outside she means the world to me After school every night I fall asleep in her tree And when you fuck up, you fuck up bad and everybody notices, they point and laugh Theyll never understand you and they dont really want to I failed every course in the last few weeks My girlfriend caught me last night I got turned on in religion class I swear my pants were too tight Fell asleep on the bus on the way back home ended up in the hottest part of hell I caught my dad with another guy Jacking off in a hotel You've got your problems, and they've got theirs It doesnt really matter though cause they dont care Theyll never understand you and they dont really want to Life Sucks I never want to come back home Someone come and save me from this place (please) Im losing my mind I am falling apart We all fall behind And I cant play the part Im losing my mind Im falling apart And when you fuck up, you fuck up bad and everybody notices, they point and laugh Youve got your problems, and theyve got theirs It doesn't really matter though, they dont care And when you fuck up, you fuck up bad and everybody notices, they point and laugh Theyll never understand you and they dont really want to

You were here when we started We never thought it would end, but we cant pretend That this had turned out the way we wanted As if we got here without you Please don’t ignore my regret, you know its hard to forget My mind is stuck at a crossroads So try to look on the bright side Look at the memories we’ve made because our music wont fade Our lives have changed for the better I cant help but feel that this was coming Sorry it took so long to tell you everything Second chances are worthless We’re not one in the same and I'm feeling the pain Life cant always be planned, I'm sorry I cant help but feel that this was coming Sorry it took so long to tell you everything

about

A compilation of songs we recorded from 2008 to 2010, long before we had a proper understanding of basic recording, mixing and mastering skills, in our later high school years and under our former name Staple Remover. A combination of three EPs: "Drunk Logic" and "EP 1", both recorded by Anthony Bilancia at Small Room Studio, and "Surfacing" which was recorded by our drummer Christian Estrella at his home, our former practice space and the home of Skylid Studios.

Thankfully, we sound much better these days! For those interested in deep diving our roots and the evolution of our sound over the years.
